john percey director

After completing his university studies, John commenced his career
in the insurance broking industry and has flourished ever since.
He has worked in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and since 1999
John has specialised within the construction industry looking
after some of Australia’s largest contracting firms.

Having gained the experience of working for two of the world’s largest insurance broking firms, John joined PNO to become a partner in 2005.

John’s tenacity, deep industry knowledge and strong work
ethic are a major asset to clients and PNO.

peter conquest director

Peter started his career in funds management in London before joining Macquarie Bank in Melbourne where he worked for
10 years and was National Head of Insurance Broking for
Macquarie Business Banking.

His involvement in the insurance industry commenced in 2006
and he joined PNO to become a partner in 2011.

Peter brings a strong commercial background and particular expertise in the insurance requirements of financial services firms, while also managing a number of PNO’s largest commercial clients.

mathew lethborg director

Mathew commenced his broking career in 1995 in Tasmania and quickly moved into leadership roles in North Queensland, Brisbane and Melbourne. Through his previous roles at national and international brokerages, Mathew has had a wide ranging experience advising a variety of large and complex businesses. In particular he has developed significant expertise in the Sports, transport and civil contracting industries.

Mathew joined PNO in 2016 as a partner and key member of our management team driving the strategic direction of the business and looking after a number of our key clients.

dean bassed director

Dean commenced his insurance career following completion of his university studies via a graduate program with QBE Insurance. He then progressed to a state manager position with the largest mobile plant insurer in Australia.

Dean joined PNO at the beginning of 2017 with the transition into partner following in 2018. He brings to PNO significant expertise in the civil, crane and transport industries while looking after a number of key clients in this space. Dean is an integral part of our management team with a strong focus on driving the business development activities within PNO.

anthony bourke PNOlife director

Anthony’s career in the insurance broking industry began almost 20 years ago as a specialist Life Broker based in Melbourne. He subsequently joined the ANZ Private Bank as Director of the Life Risk division before launching his own business providing specialist life insurance advice to a broad range of clients across many sectors.

Anthony joined the PNO team in July 2017 and adds significant value and minimises risks for existing PNO clients while also building the life insurance arm of the business.

Allfreight Insurance Brokers was established in 1999 and has since earned a reputation as an insurance partner that can be relied upon at all times.

Martin Scollon has led the Allfreight Insurance business since 2010, and brings 30 years experience specialising in transport and freight insurance. He is widely respected for his strong relationships within the insurance sector and amongst transport operators.

With an expanding client base, Allfreight extended its base in Somerton in 2011, by establishing an office in Dandenong in order to better service clients based in the region.

In July 2014, Allfreight merged with PNOinsurance as both entities recognised the value of joining these two strong brands to become PNOallfreight. PNOinsurance has also serviced the transport and logistics industry since its inception in 1977.

During the last three decades PNOinsurance has consistently delivered exceptional service, which has earned its reputation as one of Australia’s most respected and dynamic insurance brokers.

Martin continues to lead a dynamic team of experienced and committed brokers at PNOallfreight who share their transport knowledge, insurance expertise and enthusiasm with clients on a daily basis.
